TRAVEL: Travel within Vancouver and the lower mainland is included in the fee. I am available for travel outside of Vancouver for an additional cost, be sure to reach out with your vision!
PRINT OPTIONS
HIGH-QUALITY DIGITAL PRINTS
Negative is scanned using an Epson V850 scanner, using Silversoft AI Studio software and processed using Affinity Photo. Printed on exhibition-quality pearl inkjet paper using Piezography archival inks with a sepia tone, honouring the historical process.
ANALOG SILVER HALIDE PRINTS
Traditional darkroom contact prints on glossy Ilford Multigrade paper – no digital process involved. Neutral-toned, archivally processed using Ansco 130 developer for long-lasting quality.
Resin coated prints: Resin Coated (RC) photo paper is the most popular type of photo paper. RC papers have a core of paper coated on both sides with polyethylene resin, which speeds up development and processing.
Fiber base, exhibition quality prints: Fiber Base (FB) photo paper is most often used for exhibition prints, and consists of a high quality paper fibre base with a layer of barium sulphate calendered on one surface to give a smooth white surface that we then coat with photographic emulsion. It has a superior surface quality over RC papers, with a longer development and processing sequence and is capable of the best results possible in commercially available black and white papers.
ANALOGUE HISTORICAL PROCESS PRINTS IN PRECIOUS METAL PIGMENTS

For collectors and fine art enthusiasts, I offer handmade precious metal pigment prints with your choice of albumen print (silver/glossy), chrysotype (gold), kallitype (silver/matte) or palladiotype (palladium and platinum). These are printed on fine art watercolor paper, each piece is individually hand-coated with light-sensitive metal salts. The resulting prints are a cool to warm-tone print, depending on process, with exceptional depth and permanence.
